Inspired by the ancient anti-war Greek tragedy The Trojan Women, director Tannis Kowalchuk is creating Scattered Seeds of Troy, a new, devised performance in collaboration with Jess Beveridge (Helen), Costanza Bugiani (Kassandra), Ginny Hack (Andromache), Kowalchuk (Hecuba) along with sound artist & musician Char McCutcheon and costume designer, Karen Flood.

Kowalchuk and team will launch the creative process with the questions: What seeds does each woman take with them when forced to leave their land? How do we find hope in a hopeless situation? How is human and seed migration vital to evolution, survival, and life?
